PMU & Laser Before Care

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please read all instructions carefully to ensure the best possible results and a safe procedure.

General Instructions (All Services)  

24 hours before your appointment:  

• No alcohol  

• No coffee or caffeinated drinks  

• No Advil, Aleve, or Ibuprofen, you may use Tylenol if needed  

Lip Blush Clients (Cold Sores) 

If you have a history of cold sores, you must obtain an antiviral prescription from your healthcare provider.  

Begin taking it 3 days before your appointment and continue for 3 days after your procedure.

Laser Tattoo Removal  

• No sun exposure or tanning for at least 2 weeks prior  

• Avoid retinol or active skincare on the treatment area  

• Skin must be clean, healthy, and free of irritation  

MEDICAL CLEARANCE REQUIRED 

All laser clients must complete a Good Faith Exam with our Medical Director before their appointment.

Please complete the required Medical Clearance form found on our Client Forms page prior to your scheduled session.

Appointments without completed medical clearance will be rescheduled

Failure to follow these instructions may result in rescheduling or affect your results.

Saline Removal

• No sun exposure or tanning at least 2 weeks before  

• Skin must be healthy, not irritated, and free of damage  

• Avoid active skincare (Retinol, acids) on the area for 7 days prior  

Saline removal is a gradual lightening process. Multiple sessions are required for best results.
