Please review all policies carefully before booking your appointment. By scheduling, you agree to all terms listed below

⚠️ MEDICAL NOTICE

Please DO NOT BOOK  if any of the following apply:

• Pregnant or nursing

• Under 18 years old

• On Accutane (within the last 12 months)

• Undergoing chemotherapy or radiation

• Prone to keloid scarring

• Active skin conditions in the treatment area

• Blood-thinning medications (consultation required)

If you have any medical condition, take prescription medications, or had previous PMU,

a consultation may be required prior to booking.

👤 APPOINTMENTS

• One-on-one appointments only

• No guests allowed

• Exception: clients who require a translator

💳 BOOKING FEE

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment

• The booking fee is applied toward your total service

• Remaining balance is due immediately after the service

• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable

🔄 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• 48-hour notice required 

• Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee

• Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours require a new booking fee 

⏰ LATE ARRIVAL

• Arrivals 15+ minutes late will result in cancellation

• Booking fee will be forfeited

• A new booking fee is required to reschedule

📅 SCHEDULING

• Online booking only (no phone bookings)

• No walk-ins

🔁 TOUCH-UP INFORMATION

• Permanent makeup typically requires 2 sessions

• Touch-ups are separate paid service  (6–8 weeks after the initial session)

• Touch-up price: $189 (brows, lips, eyeliner)

• Additional sessions, if needed, are $50

🚫 NO REFUNDS

• All services are final. No refunds will be issued after the procedure is complete

⚡ LASER TATTOO REMOVAL POLICY

• Multiple sessions are required  

• Complete removal is not guaranteed  

• Some pigment or shadow may remain  

All laser clients must complete a Good Faith Exam (Medical Clearance) with our Medical Director prior to treatment.

🧼 SANITATION

• 10-minute buffer time scheduled between appointments

• All tools and surfaces are properly disinfected after every client

🧴 PRE-PROCEDURE CARE (IMPORTANT)

• No electrolysis 1 week before

• No tanning or sunburn 2 weeks before

• No facials, peels, or skin treatments 2 weeks before

• Discontinue Retinol / Vitamin A 1 month before

• No Botox 2 weeks before

• No fish oil or Vitamin E 1 week before

💋 LIP PROCEDURE — ADDITIONAL NOTICE

• Discontinue Biotin and Collagen supplements at least 1 month before your appointment.

⚠️ Lip Tattoo Notice:

Clients with a history of cold sores (herpes) must take preventive antiviral medication 3 days before appointment and 3 days after

• All required consent and medical forms must be completed online prior to your appointment  

• Forms are available on our Client Forms page  

• Appointments are not confirmed until all forms are submitted

• Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare  

• Additional sessions may be required  

• Permanent makeup is an art, not a science
